ADCs are complex compounds resulting from the coupling of cytotoxic small molecules to a monoclonal antibody. Their characterization as well as their bioanalysis (quantification in biological fluids) remains challenging. Mass spectrometry at different levels (intact, middle, peptide) can be a valuable tool, and can now be used in a regulated environment.

After earning an engineering degree in Organic Chemistry, Arnaud Delobel specialised in Mass Spectrometry of proteins and peptides during a PhD at the CNRS in France (Gif-sur-Yvette) and a postdoc at the University of Liège (Belgium). He joined Quality Assistance sa in 2006 as R&D Analyst and occupied several positions until he became R&D Director in 2016.
