BeOne Medicines and Revolution Medicines forge a partnership spanning clinical development and regional commercialisation
Posted on August 10, 2026
Two oncology companies, BeOne Medicines and Revolution Medicines, a business dedicated to building precision therapies for tumours reliant on RAS signalling, have come together through a layered arrangement. One strand of the deal creates a clinical framework for exploring drug pairings between BeOne’s pipeline and Revolution Medicines’ four investigational RAS(ON) blockers. A separate territorial strand awards BeOne the exclusive right to advance and commercialise those same agents in designated Asian markets.
At the heart of the clinical arm lies an ambition to identify effective combination strategies for patients whose tumours are hardwired to RAS activity. The combinations under consideration will draw on BeOne compounds alongside Revolution Medicines’ four RAS(ON) blockers in clinical testing: daraxonrasib, which targets the RAS(ON) pathway broadly; zoldonrasib, which homes in on the G12D variant; elironrasib, which takes aim at G12C; and RMC-5127, which focuses on G12V. Among the combination programmes already being planned are pairings of BeOne’s MTA-cooperative PRMT5 blocker BGB-58067 and its trispecific antibody BG-T187 targeting EGFR, MET, and MET, set against either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib.
Through the territorial agreement, BeOne receives sole authority in the designated Asian markets to develop and sell, or in some markets solely sell, the four RAS(ON) agents covered by the deal. Revolution Medicines will be entitled to milestone payments linked to development progress and sales achievements, plus layered royalties on revenues generated within the covered territory. Outside those borders, including in Japan and South Korea, Revolution Medicines keeps full command of its assets. BeOne has additionally committed to funding and running a worldwide registrational Phase 3 study for one of the Revolution Medicines agents, channelling it through BeOne’s proprietary development infrastructure, while Revolution Medicines simultaneously pursues a wide-ranging slate of global registrational programmes across its broader pipeline.
“We are pleased to enter this collaboration with Revolution Medicines, which gives BeOne the opportunity to evaluate combinations between assets from our oncology pipeline and four promising RAS(ON) inhibitors from Revolution Medicines. In parallel, the regional rights transaction allows us to use our global development superhighway capabilities and established commercial presence, with the goal of bringing more medicines to patients with difficult-to-treat cancers,” said John V. Oyler, Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO, BeOne.
“This arrangement with BeOne reflects our commitment to advancing RAS(ON) inhibitors for patients with RAS-addicted cancers around the world, including in regions where we have not previously had a presence, while exploring novel combination strategies that may further expand their potential impact. BeOne brings additional established global oncology development capabilities and a strong regional commercial footprint that can help us broaden the reach of our innovative RAS(ON) inhibitors as part of our ambitious global strategy,” said Mark A. Goldsmith, M.D., Ph.D., CEO and Chairman of Revolution Medicines.
