AdvantaPure^® manufactures high purity flexible process hose, laboratory tubing, sanitary fittings and platinum-cured silicone injection molded components such as Single-Use fill and sampling manifold assemblies, stoppers, caps, mini and standard Tri-Clamp ends, true unions and other BioClosure^® container closure systems. Hose materials include silicone, fluoropolymer, EPDM and nitrile rubber. Hoses come reinforced with polyester braid, mandrel-wrapped or wire-reinforced to handle increased temperature and pressure applications. AdvantaFlex^®, a Single-Use biopharmaceutical grade TPE tubing ideal for media and viral filling and for sampling applications, is moldable, weldable, sealable and pumpable. AdvantaFlex is available as molded connections such as wyes (Y’s), tees (T’s), crosses, reducers, and hygienic clamp unions, commonly known as Tri-Clamp^® fittings, and BioClosure^® container sealing systems. For customer convenience, the AdvantaTube^™ Sealer and separate Sterile Welder units enable AdvantaFlex to weld directly to biobag containers and be aseptically sealed in seconds. The tubing also delivers excellent peristaltic pump life, thus AdvantaFlex provides a single tubing material contact surface by eliminating the need to graft silicone into a filling tube set.
